Representation/Pledge to Not Belong to Antisocial Forces

I (if the holder of the transaction is corporation, then it shall include person such as executives of said corporation. The same shall apply hereinafter.) hereby pledge to not raise any objections in the event all or part of the transaction is being stopped/terminated without any notice from Goodpatch Inc. (hereinafter "Your Company") on the ground that I either correspond to each item of the following (1), or engages in act that corresponds to each item of (2), or has been identified to have made false statement regarding representation/pledge pursuant to (1).
Further, even if I incur damage due to said stop/termination, I acknowledge that I am to assume all responsibilities, and I will not seek any compensation, indemnification, refund money accompanying stop/termination and any other claims to Your Company.

(1) Upon engaging in transaction with Your Company, I hereby pledge to not correspond to any of the following items from past 5 years to the present to the future.

1. Crime organization
2. Member of crime organization
3. In a relationship whereby entity such as member of crime organization is in control of the management
4. In a relationship whereby entity such as member of crime organization is substantially involved with the management
5. In a relationship that uses entity such as member of crime organization in an improper way such as intending to gain illegitimate profit for own self, own company or third party, or intending to inflict damage on third party
6. In a relationship deemed involved with providing funds/other financial benefits or convenience to entity such as member of crime organization
7. If executive or person substantially involved with the management has a relationship with entity such as member of crime organization subject to social criticism.
8. Other entities similar to above items

(2) I hereby pledge to not engage in acts that correspond to any of the following items through the use of own self or third party.

1. Making demand through violence
2. Making illegitimate demand that goes beyond the legal limits
3. Using threatening words/behavior, or using violent act upon conducting transaction.
4. Engage in acts that damages the credibility of Your Company by spreading unfounded rumors, using fraudulent means or force, or act that interferes with the operation of Your Company.
5. Act that uses entity such as member of crime organization in an improper way such as intending to gain illegitimate profit for own self, own company or third party or intending to inflict damage on third party
6. Act that provides funds/other financial benefits or convenience to entity such as member of crime organization
7. Other form of acts similar to above items
